Salinas Valley Enterprise Zone Eligibility
Is your Business in the Zone?
Before you can take advantage of the Enterprise Zone Program, you will need to verify that your business is located within the Enterprise Zone. You may do so by selecting any of the options listed below:
Option 1: Search by Address
The attached Street Range, provided courtesy of Business Information Technologies Inc. (BITI), shows addresses which are located within the Salinas Valley Enterprise Zone. If your business address is on the list, your business is located within the Salinas Valley Enterprise Zone!
Eligible Addresses (December 2011)
Option 2: Search by Parcel Number
If you know the Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) of your business location, you may search the following document for a list of all APN numbers which are located within the Salinas Valley Enterprise Zone.
Eligible Parcels (September 2011)
Option 3: Search by Map
If you are unable to find your address on the list and you don’t know the APN number (or if the APN number and owner have changed since September 2011), that does not necessarily mean that your property is not located within the Enterprise Zone. Please review the map below to see if your property is located within the Enterprise Zone.
Enterprise Zone Map (September 2011)
If you have trouble locating your property, you may use a web-based property locater (such as Google Maps) to find your property’s location (if possible, using aerial maps to locate your site may prove to be more accurate than simply having the program look up your property address, particularly in rural areas). If you cannot determine your property’s location, or if the location is too close to call, please contact the Enterprise Zone Manager for assistance.
